Ag. Chief Coordinator, Skill Development Academy (SDA)

Mrs. Susan Eworitsemogha Oyeleye assumed the position of Acting Chief Coordinator of the Skill Development Academy (SDA) on 28th July, 2025.

Academic and Professional Background

Education: She holds a Master’s degree in Energy and Petroleum Economics from Delta State University, Abraka (2007–2009), and HND in Petroleum Marketing and Business Studies from the Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria (2002–2004).
Professions: Her professional background includes being a fellow and member of several recognized professional bodies, such as:
Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM)
National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN)
Institute of Professional Entrepreneurs and Strategic Administrators of Nigeria (FIPESAN)
Institute of Human and Natural Resources (FHNR)
Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (MISMN)
Institute of Corporate Administration (MICA)

Carrier and leadership

She is devoted over 33 years of dedicated service to the institute, having commenced her carrier in 1992. She currently serves as a lecturer in the department of petroleum marketing and business studies, a position she held since 2021 till date. In recognition of her outstanding performance, commitment and loyalty, she was formally commended by management for her exceptional contribution and consistent discharge of duties and responsibilities with the utmost diligence 21th August, 2021.

She also serves as the Coordinator Entrepreneurship (Skill Development Academy) from 17th October, 2024 to date, and Acting Chief Coordinator Skill Development Academy (SDA) 24th July, 2025.

Goal

She works cordially to build and sustain strong business relationships and has proven capacity in managing small, medium and large-scale engagement. She is highly committed and enthusiastic about her role, particularly in mentoring students and delivering excellent service.

Her work ethic is anchored on accountability, transparency, resilience, trust, reliability, loyalty, and teamwork, all in strict alignment with organizational policies and programs.
