please the portal for registration for National Diploma on the web page is not functional. it shows an Application closed response message. is there any other link?

I uploaded my o’level results late after my post utme….can I still get admission into the school…..I was supposed to do it on or before the 6th but I was only able to do it recently because of my phone’s issues….is there still any chance for me to enter the school??
