The Petroleum Training Institute  invites applications from suitably qualified candidates
for admission into the under-mentioned Part-time (SICE) weekend programmes in
Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) Programmes
for the 2019/2020 Academic Session


2019/2020 ICE Application Form


HND and ND candidates are to possess five (5) Ordinary Level Credit passes relevant to the choice of programme which must include English Language and Mathematics. For details see online admission prospectus for 2019/2020 Academic Session.


Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Twelve thousand naira (N12, 000.00) only for each PTI admission form for 2019/2020 Academic Session.


On-line Sales Commences on 1st July 2019 and closes on 20th  September, 2019


Late application starts from 21st September 2019 and ends on 4th October, 2019 at the cost of thirteen thousand five hundred naira (N13, 500.00).  Thereafter, the site will be closed.

  2. Click Admission Menu and Click on Apply for Part Time Programme

  3. Fill in the Online “Sign on page” and Click on “Click Here to Sign Up” at the bottom of the page. (Note: Write down the Username and Password for subsequent use).

  4. This will take you to the Remita page where you will generate the RRR code.

  5. Print the Remita RRR code page and take it to any bank for payment. Make sure you keep the Remita RRR code print out.

  6. After the payment of N12, 000.00 which is the cost of each admission form, return to the PTI website ( and click on “Return to my Application”.

  7. Enter your UserName and Password and click LOGIN

  8. Fill in the online application form and print out the completed online application form.


1) Inconsistency in names, picture on photo cards, O’ Level Certificates and other             registration documents will not be acceptable to the Institute and may lead to     disqualification of defaulting Candidates.

2) If the portal rejects your USER NAME and PASSWORD in your attempt to login again after payment, then mail stating your RRR code.
