The ongoing well control training at PTI engaged by five trainees from Sinopec commenced since June 2017, and is expected to run for a year. This training was made possible by the synergy between Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and Sinopec as part of Human Capacity Development (HCD) to fostering the Local Content Policy as stated in the NCDMB act.

Sinopec is committed to Human Capacity Development (HCD) in training of Nigerian youths especially from the Niger Delta Region to equip them with relevant skills fit for the oil & gas industry.
