Please kindly follow the steps below to resolve remitta issues after payment
REQUERYING REMITTA PAYMENT
We have noticed that some students and applicants do have problem login into their portal/application after making payment at the bank.
We have created a link on your online dashboard to enable you requery the remitta transaction so as to resolve the issue and allow you have access to your profile/applications
To do so, follow the steps below:
From home page; click Student login for students; or Return To My Application for applicants;
Click on ‘REQUERRY REMITTA PAYMENT ’, enter their RRR in the next page and click Requery button.
Click Requery button from the transaction detail page which appeared.
Finally click on Requery Button until you the status reads Transaction Approve
Then login back to your application / profile
